This dashcam is perfect recording. But, the touch screen doesn't work anymore, maybe it's factory problem. So, if the touch screen doesn't work you can't use it anymore

My first unit failed, it would flicker and then fail to the front camera. The Amazon community was helpful in getting me to their support staff (it's a Chinese company but they have support in GA, I believe) who was helpful and sent me a replacement unit. The unit now works very well and i'm quite happy with it. Of the various backup cameras I've tested this one is the best of the lot. Very much worth the money.

User interface icons on my mirror are not exactly the same as is shown in product illustration, but everything works as it should.I wanted to make a comment on AWESAFE after sale customer support. There was an issue with my purchase and AWESAFE was responsive and always emailed back overnight (believe their customer service department is based in Asia). A trustworthy seller and will definitely recommend.

I was contemplating between this and another normal dash cam. Let me just say I'm so glad I got this instead! The display is very clear and I surprised by the quality of both cameras. The front camera is much better that the back camera but that fact that it can record both at the same time is well worth the money. One thing it doesn't have is a time out feature if its wired for constant power. So make sure to wire it to an acc power or it will just stay on. Great device though and highly recommend!

I bought this camera just because it came with the Type 1 mounting bracket. And it has a 10 seconds screen timeout that I really like (instead of waiting for 30 seconds or 1 minute or manually press the button to turn off screen). It also came with all the tools you need to get the mounting bracket installed. Of course it also has the straps if you prefer to mount it on top of your existing mirror. Great customer service from the seller as well. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to replace the stock mirror with one that has a dash camera

I purchased this product and had great immediate results. As the weather got cooler, 50 degrees F or below the mirror would not stay on. I reached out to the company and told them the issue. They sent me a new mirror with all the components in a matter of days. Great customer service and this mirror does not have any issues. I did not see any others with this issue so I assume I had a faulty product. Can't beat it for the price.

I think everybody should have one of these it comes in handy it helped me when I was sitting at a stoplight and a lady ran into the back of my car and I was able to record everything.

If you can do automotive repair this item is easy to install. The rear camera has amply cord length, no issue there. Video quality is good on your tablet or computer, just ok on the mirror display. Overall I am happy with this purchase as I use the backup camera often to hook up trailers. Camera only records in forward, not the backup. The saved images show front and rear camera icons but only the front camera will save a recording, even when the mirror is in the reverse camera operation [it is recording the front camera]

It's cool, it's wide, it's good for everything except the rear view camera that's installed in the store, right

I like the style of this rear mirror type dash cam. Does not add clutter to my dashboard as this attaches to the rear mirror. Easily installed and great video quality. We like how wide, full and quick responsive touchscreen. User friendly interface.

Works fantastic both forward and reverse. Video quality is good.

I drive about four hours a day on a normal day but some days I have to drive for longer I feel much safer with a dash cam . It’s very clear on cam !!!
