I can’t get the back up camera to work

I purchased this item a little over a year ago. It worked fine at first but recently when i tried to view archived video I was not able to, as it seems that it has not been recording for awhile. It's been over a year and I can't contact the seller, so it appears that I am out of luck.

Easy to install, The clarity of the video is great. I just gave that one to my brother; he fell in love with the setup and it's simplicity.

This dash cam is awesome! Easy to install. Works right away when you turn on your engine. The rear camera is super wide. The screen is high definition and very bright.

Immediate upgrade to my SUV. I had a hard time with blind spots in the past and this camera and display fixed that. It has forward and rear facing cameras with night vision which helps so much while driving at night. I love the way you can adjust the camera angle just by swiping the touch screen. I drive Uber and all day long my passengers ask where I got this. Much better than any dashcam I've had in the past and I've had a few of them.

Video quality on both the front and rear facing cameras are excellent. I was not expecting too much because of the price but was pleasantly surprised once I got it installed an began using it. The only issue I have is during the gruelingly hot days of Texas the weight of the mirror causes it to tilt down so when I get back into the car I have to readjust the mirror back to its usable position. I purchased the hard wire kit so I could take advantage of the parking protection feature and I havent had to use this feature yet but I take comfort in knowing it is there and working. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking to add a dash cam that is out of the way and highly functional.

It was easy to install (if you are used to pulling wires through your headliner), easy to program and align.Picture is real 1080p, high res and looks great.I bought another for my wife's car. Installation was easier that time.She loves it!

I was a little worried at first. All the reviews looked like they were written by Company employees. Everyone made mostly the same comments and in a language that was clearly not their native tongue. Couldn't find any reviews that were clearly impartial although I didn't read all of the reviews. Turns out the only difference between my reviews and the others is that I am writing in my native language. Hope I'm the first of many who find as much satisfaction after a year as I have found in the first three days. My fifth star was held back only because it was very tedious to hide all the wires and connect the rear camera. That, however, doesn't seem to be a problem that is unique to awesafe . Now I just need to wait and see how durable it is.

The price for this dash cam was far away from my budget but I still decide to invest in this mirror dash cam since i am always on the road. After using for few days I realized that it’s worth every pennies.The awesafe mirror dash cam comes in a well package with minimum waste. And the installation is super easy without any frustration. The video quality is excellent and the images are very sharp. I will be buying another for my wife’s car.

Very good product for the money. Wish it had GPS. It’s not as clear unless your looking at it straight on Overall it’s a great safety precaution and protection with wrecks

Overall it is working very well. We bought it for our 2004 Sienna. It was hard to install it because of our minivan. The packaging was awesome. Thank you!

My friend of issued a driver's license and it was very hard for him to park in reverse and make a detour on the road with the usual mirrors. I bought him this as a gift (after I bought a similar product from another company for my sister).He really enjoys it and he thanks me every day, that's why he drives the road with confidence! The installation is made in a shop near my home for a nominal amount, and the screen quality and cameras are excellent .. very suitable as a gift for new drivers!

Easy install, just clip to original mirror and wrap the clip with the bands, setting is easy to set up, I have not installed the rear cam yet. Will update more after done it.
