It functions as indicated, but the image quality is not as good as shown in the pictures. The inside camera's night vision looks like white noise. The outside night vision is better, but it seems even the minimalist light glares in the lens at times.

Love my cam but the battery has died completely and no longer records when needed with the automobile off. Up until now the camera has been flawless.

The dash cam itself is great. The only downside is the instruction manual is not translated well in English. It may be confusing how the locking of the video works.

The good:-perfect size-clear image-dual cameraThe bad:-non-durable-non-supportive-expensiveThe bottom line:This dual dash cam has got the perfect size, it's results are really great but the only problem I got is that you're not sure when it'll get retired, it just stops working within few days, doesn't last long.

Exterior video is excellent. The Interior camera is decent in the daytime. Sound from interior is good. It came with a 32GB MicroSD card. I tried to upgrade it to 128GB but the unit doesn't even recognize there is a MicroSD card in the slot! Note - the mount for the camera to connect to the windshield suction cup had to be rigged with a piece of paper (small). Think about a table that wobbles because it doesn't rest flat on the floor. Without it the camera unit just wiggles its way off of the windshield mount and falls to the floor. Emailed customer service and AWESAFE replied that they don't sell dashcams! My advice - only buy this in a pinch. There have got to be better products out there.

It’s so so

I drive for Uber/Lyft. The SD card has over two months of passenger rides. Covers inside and out. Catches my passengers conversation. Came in handy in reporting a rude passenger.

The camera works as expected and advertised.The customer service was excellent even after I reached out to them after well over a year.

Menu button stopped working after 7 months. I contacted manufacturer Shenzhen Datong World Technology Co., Ltd. They sent a replacement without any problems.

I have used this for over a year and works like a champ. Bought for Uber/Lyft to protect myself and passengers should anything be said. Even at night the inside camera provides video to make me comfortable. I would also hang a sign stating I was video recording. One or two people complained to me about this, many others said it was a great idea. The only thing that would to make this even better would be Wifi camera access.

Nice camera

Works decent. But slides off very easy. And the internal battery is an absolute joke. Won’t even last 2 minutes unplugged. And it’s always charging.

We've had the AWSAFE dash cam for a while now and it's working out very good. The suction mount developed a crack but the seller sent a replacement. All in all I'm satisfied with this purchase.
